David loves movement in all forms as evident at an early age when he engaged in martial arts and athletic sports. Shortly after school, his quest for growth and expansion led him to vipassana meditation. At the same time, in 2009, he attracted yoga into his life, and found the practice to be a great fusion of meditation and movement. He became a yoga instructor in 2010 and after doing some partner poses in his living room became hooked to acroyoga. He graduated from acroyoga.org in 2014 and acroyogamontreal training in 2015. Needless to say, he's been on an acroyoga craze since.
