Hayley has a deep passion for conscious green living and yogic lifestyle practices. Fueled by a desire to create a more sustainable worldview, Hayley studied Permaculture with the founders Bill Mollison and Geoff Lawton. Fascinated by the similar concepts fundamental to yoga philosophy and Permaculture practices, she established the yoga and Permaculture retreat, The Yoga Forest, by Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. The Yoga Forest is a retreat centre and learning institute helping to improve the lives of others through a commitment to personal, spiritual and community development. In 2011, Hayley completed 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with her mentor Yogrishi Vishvketu in Rishkesh, India. Exploring playful connections with others in yoga practice, she completed Level 1&2 AcroYoga Teacher Training with AcroYoga Montreal in 2013. Hayley possesses a wealth of culinary knowledge from working as a private chef for seven years for people all over the world. Passionate about creating a holistic approach to nutrition, Hayley began yogic lifestyle and nutrition coaching helping people to make informed nutritional decisions incorporating the use of Superfoods and living foods as part of a balanced lifestyle and diet. Hayley met her partner Mark Bennett in early 2013 and they began collaborating to offer a full wellness service to their clients. Together they created the concept and company of Organic Movement (OM). OM encourages a holistic approach to health, wellness and conscious organic lifestyles through yoga, movement, living foods, mindfulness, meditation and Permaculture.
