Jasmine is passionate about exploration. She loves to use her discoveries to help transform and grow; sharing her values to help others empower and nourish lives that are limitless. Her road to health and wellness developed during an extended period of world travel. This particular journey supported self-discovery and an inspiration for self-development and social change, which directly led to her pursuing formal training as an Ashtanga yoga instructor. Through the process of life changes combined with her enthusiasm for knowledge she continued to expand her repertoire to include yin restorative, acrobatic partner yoga, meditation, thai massage and reiki. She believes the learning never ends as she continues to improve her tools in the best way. She teaches yoga to young athletes, circus artists, golden age groups and to adults all levels.
She works at sharing the benefits and the healing potential of meditation and circus arts to educate, empower and inspire. Her teaching method is finding balance between movement and introspection. She prioritizes safety, allignement, creative expression in sequencing and play.
She learned that families aren’t biological and that by helping each other we are all family. She was taught to share and to help people with compassion, gratitude and non-judgment.
