Through Ashtanga Yoga Lulu-Belle discovered a love for movement and the body, which eventually lead her to study Acro Yoga.
Many wonderful teachers, as well as an ongoing interest in combining yoga, dance and circus arts inspire her practice.
She did her first 200 hour Ashtanga yoga training in 2009, followed by two 150 hour Acro Yoga trainings in 2011 and 2012. She also completed a 240-hour Thai Yoga Massage program in 2010.
Lulu-belle hopes to inspire and nurture a strong sense of connection, playfulness and trust within class, so that students may cultivate those elements within their own yoga practice.
