Miles was introduced to Acro Yoga back in 2011 and has been constantly intrigued by the practices ability to have us learn about things in every aspect of our lives. Acro is a platform to develop an understanding of how to connect with others, build community, create strength & flexibility and to regain our freedom, creativity and playfulness.While Miles loves to progress his practice by learning new ways to move his body, what truly inspires him and dedicates his practice is focus on a balanced practice that provides longevity through alignment. Taking classes with Miles will leave you with a strong foundation that leads to being able to freely express yourself in any way that inspires you!
