Nirvana began circus classes as a way to relieve stress, have fun and to do something with a friend but little did she know it was a whole new direction her life would take. She enjoyed the arts of acrobalance, handstands, tumbling and chinese pole but it wasn’t until working with her current acro partner and respected yoga teacher, Renae Stevens, that Nirvana stumbled upon acroyoga. Studying and practicing yoga herself, she found the relationship between yoga and acrobatics brought more flow and energetic alignment, breath and a deepening consciousness.
Nirvana works in Brisbane as a yoga teacher teaching floor based yoga, antigravity yoga, acroyoga and circus classes, workshops and retreats in and around Brisbane.
