Ruben Rodriguez is a passionate teacher that has been practicing yoga almost 10 years now, sports and outdoors lover, he mixes his passion for teaching with his love for disciplines like slack line, rock climbing, trail running, and hiking in the mountains. Born and raised in the center of Mexico Ruben moved to Monterrey to study and obtain his degree in Finance and with the help of yoga as balancing partner. RYT200 since 2010, he added 100 more hours in Ashtanga Vinyasa Style practice that had him deeply interested in Ashtanga yoga he met AcroYoga the same year and the journey hasn't stopped since 2010, started practicing with his sister Mariana Rodriguez, Ruben travelled through the United States and Mexico learning from all the teachers he found and could reach to. Actual member and active teacher at AcroArt Yoga Mexico, finally in 2013 he meets Jessie, Eugene, Jill, Heidi, and Mac from AcroYoga Montreal who offer him the possibility of becoming an AcroYoga Teacher fact that he capitalized recently in 2015. Ruben style can be defined as fun, breath based, willing to interact and experiment in a safe environment all the aspects of a mindful practice for each one of his students by using strong foundation and mixed disciplinary techniques.
