Originally from the land down under (Australia), Sally is a wandering yogini. Her journey with yoga and creative physical expression began as a little girl in dance classes, books on yoga, and outback adventures through the bush land surrounding her family home. Being a curious kid with a wild imagination, her childhood consisted of climbing things, running through the bush, singing and dancing, sitting on big rocks and contemplating. Her love for being in nature taught Sally how to cultivate a sense of freedom, calm and serenity; and she brings this into her yoga and other physical art practices.
Sally entered her more ‘grown up’ years in Melbourne, Australia, studying a Bachelor degree in Creative Dance, as well as an Advanced Diploma of Yoga teacher training. Both dance and yoga have since taken her on worldly adventures, following teachers, choreographers and communities that inspire her.
Sally now travels around this incredible planet, connecting with inspired beings, spreading light and cheeky smiles. She has over 10 years of experience in the studies and teachings of physical creative movement; including dance, yoga, acroyoga and circus arts.
On her journeys she has experienced in herself and witnessed in others the transformative and empowering effect acroyoga has on the individual and how they relate to others. She is continuously inspired by the many beautiful human connections and communities developed out of this practice. These good vibrations are rippling... Sally is super excited by the power of acroyoga and the uplifting impact it’s having on our world!
