Tania (originally from Mexico City) is a multi-disciplinary woman who got into Acroyoga in 2010 through partner acrobatics classes on a circus school.
In 2011 she moved to Montreal to meet the Acroyoga Montreal studio and its founders. Since then she's been practicing.

She got certified to nourish and improve her project of using acroyoga as a social tool for gender, age and race inclusion, developing problem resolution, therapeutic, playful and embracing acro-techniques.

For her, Acroyoga is the art of being in balance with another, her self and the space. Is not only about achieving pretty lines, but more about connecting with her true essence while honoring her partner's essence.

In her training background there's some circus arts such aerials, juggling and wire walking, also a practice of ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, slacklining, climbing, tai-chi and dance.

As well she has dedicated the past 7 years of her live to different spiritual and healing practices such native rituals and ceremonies, taoism, yoga, meditation, akashic records, holotropic breathwork, women circles, pranic healing and deeksha.

Nowadays she is traveling around the world with the purpose of acquiring more knowledge while sharing yoga and acroyoga.
