Acroyoga
is a team discipline that develops confidence, cooperation and
concentration. This fun practice combines balance, coordination and
strength with breathing, body awareness and the flexibility of yoga.
Built around 3 roles (base, flyer, spotter) and basic principles
(counterweight, weight distribution, alignment), we will execute
sequences and explore new possibilities. Come alone or with your
partner.
Caro and Costa (a teacher duo) are dedicated to
creating authentic collaborations. Their approach is based on
communication, connection and pleasure, exploration and (dissected)
technique. They combine their skills (acrobatics, yoga, somatics, dance,
climbing), and lead students to develop their physical potential and
their concentration.
